An Easton man faces indecent assault charges for two 2003 incidents — one at the Lehigh Valley Mall and one in Allentown — in which he touched female victims with condoms containing sperm, police said.Michael Kevin Morris, 46, who was arraigned before District Judge Joan Snyder of Whitehall Township on Wednesday, touched one woman at the Lehigh Valley Mall on August 15, 2003, Whitehall police said.He touched a teenage girl near the Albertus Meyers Bridge on Nov. 3, 2003, Allentown police said.According to an affidavit:Morris approached the Lehigh Valley Mall victim from behind on an escalator. She felt something touch her and turned around to see a man with a condom.The teen victim in Allentown also felt something touch her after Morris approached her. Her age was unavailable.Police sent evidence taken from both victims to a state police lab, where it was determined to be sperm. Morris was identified through a DNA match.Morris was charged with two counts each of open lewdness, indecent assault, and harassment. He also faces a charge of unlawful contact with a minor. Snyder committed him to Lehigh County Prison under $25,000 bail.
